An overview of everything you own.

Family offices and private investors have their wealth spread across companies, property and investments, often across generations. We bring the overview together and make sure accounts, tax and structure fit together.

The greater the wealth, the more important it is that someone sees it as a whole.

Who it is for

For families who manage wealth through holding and investment companies, for family offices and for private investors with shareholdings in several companies.

We combine accounting, tax and advice, so the structure works for the family's goals and not the other way round.

Questions.

What is a family office?

A structure in which a family's wealth is brought together and managed, typically through holding and investment companies. It can be a dedicated organisation or simply consolidated management with external advisers.

How are dividends taxed in a holding company?

Dividends from subsidiaries and group companies are often tax-exempt, while dividends from portfolio shares are generally taxable. This depends, among other things, on the size of the shareholding.

How are investments held in a company taxed?

It depends on the type of asset. Many securities are taxed on a mark-to-market basis (lagerprincippet), meaning on the annual change in value.

Can you prepare one report covering all of our wealth?

Yes. We bring together key figures for companies, investments and property in one report.

How do we get started?

With a conversation in which we go through the structure and your plans.
