Questions.

What is runway?

The length of time the company's cash will last at the current burn rate. It is one of the most important KPIs in a venture-backed company.

What is the Danish tax credit scheme?

A scheme (skattekreditordningen) under which companies with losses from research and development can, under certain conditions, have part of the tax value of the loss paid out.

How do we prepare for due diligence?

With accounts in order, documented agreements and a clear overview of your KPIs, before investors ask for them.

Can you help with warrants?

Yes. We structure the programme for accounting and tax, together with your lawyer.

When do we need a CFO?

Typically when fundraising, board work and investor reporting take up more than management can carry.
