Payroll consultant

We are looking for an experienced payroll consultant to take responsibility for payroll at a number of our clients. You join our outsourcing and payroll team and become the clients' permanent contact for payroll, reporting and employment matters. Part of the time you may work on site as interim payroll consultant.

What you will do

• Payroll runs for your own client portfolio
• Holiday pay, pension, tax and reporting to public authorities
• Onboarding and offboarding employees in the payroll system
• Reconciling payroll against the books
• Advising the client's management on pay and terms
• Better and more efficient payroll processes
• Interim assignments as payroll consultant with clients
• Working with our colleagues in India

Who are you?

• You have 3 to 6 years of payroll experience, for example from a payroll bureau, an audit firm or a finance department.
• You know the Danish rules on pay, holiday and pension inside out.
• You are precise, structured and meet deadlines, also when it is busy.
• You enjoy client contact and explain payroll so everyone understands.
• You speak and write Danish and English.

Experience with several payroll systems and from audit or consulting is an advantage.
